Designed with accessibility and simplicity at its core, the app serves patients of all ages and technical abilities with an intuitive interface available in multiple languages.

The Challenge
The client operated a network of clinics where patients had to call or visit in person to book appointments, wait in long queues, and collect paper prescriptions. Medical records were scattered across locations with no unified patient view. During peak hours, phone lines were constantly busy, leading to missed appointments and lost revenue. They needed a digital solution that their diverse patient base — from tech-savvy millennials to elderly patients — could use effortlessly.
Our Solution
We engineered a cross-platform mobile app with real-time doctor availability and one-tap appointment booking, reducing booking time from 15+ minutes to under 30 seconds. The teleconsultation module uses WebRTC for HD video calls with screen sharing for lab report review. All medical records, prescriptions, and lab reports are digitized and accessible in a unified patient timeline. Push notifications handle appointment reminders, prescription refill alerts, and lab result availability. The entire platform is HIPAA-compliant with end-to-end encryption.
