Project tracking relied on Excel spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and weekly site visit reports. Budget overruns were common because cost data was weeks behind reality. Contractors frequently missed deadlines with no accountability system, and home buyers constantly called for construction updates. They needed a platform that brought visibility, accountability, and real-time data to every level of their operation.

We engineered a full-stack platform with a project dashboard showing real-time status of every active project — timeline progress, budget utilization, and contractor performance. Site engineers upload GPS-tagged progress photos daily through a mobile app, which auto-organizes into a visual project timeline. The budget module tracks every expense against the approved budget with variance alerts at 80% and 100% thresholds. A contractor performance scoring system tracks delivery timelines, quality metrics, and safety compliance. The buyer-facing portal shows live construction progress with estimated completion dates.
